Our Latest Batch, Crafted from a trip to the Lagos Mangroves by our founder Uche - Lagos Raffia. Where the tappers were given a bottle of Manya Raffia Cuvee Batch 2, after drinks by the camp with the tappers we proceeded to acquire 100 litres of their best palm wine. Once this arrived we were able to create one of our most special batches yet, Lagos Manya, an ode to the spirit of Lagos. The African Giant.

Sparkling Palm Wine made via the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise) most commonly used in Champagne brewing.
We import premium raffia palm juice from Lagos, the Ibeju Lekki Raffia Palm. The notes are sweet, sharp and umami rich from the much wetter Lagos Lagoon Mangroves area.
